Cran-Nut Yogurt

Ciao everyone!

Duuuude. I seriously love dried cranberries. Especially this brand:

They are awesome because they are organic, naturally sweetened with apple juice, and FREAKING DELICIOUS.

I should warn you.. that combination just listed also makes them slightly really really addicting.











So, once you get your Eden Organic's cranberries, then come back to this post and make the concoction below, because it is also delicious, and it's really easy to make--especially good for people who are on the go-go-GOOO, like all the time :)

 Cran-Nut Yogurt
Serves-1
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Greek style yogurt (dairy or non dairy)
About  18g of a very sweet vanilla plant-based protein powder
3 tablespoons sweetened, dried cranberries
2 tablespoons raw pecans or almonds (or any other nut)
1 tablespoon milled flax seeds

Directions:
1) Combine yogurt of choice with protein powder and stir well.
2) Mix in the rest of your ingredients.
3) Enjoy right away, or let it sit in a cool environment (like the fridge or in a to go cooler) for a couple of hours... which happens to give it an over the top, creamy consistency (because of the flax)!!!
