Today has been long.
But it's ok...because God is good, all the time, no matter what life looks like at any given moment.
And because cinnamon and peaches and bananas and tofu are all pretty great.
But what would happen if someone put them all together...in a pan...and fried them up.....hmmm.... ;)
Peachy Banana and Tofu Bowl
1 small peach
1/2 small banana
about 3 oz firm tofu
maple extract (if you don't like maple, almond or vanilla would probably work)
Optional: honey or agave
1.) Place small frying pan on the stove and let it begin to heat up on high heat, with a little water in the bottom.
2.) Meanwhile, dice peach and slice banana. (If the slicing is taking to long, lower the heat and/or add water.)
3.) Add fruits to pan; stir and add water to keep from burning.
4.) Add diced tofu. Stir.
5.) Add a few drops of maple extract and however much cinnamon you like. Continue to stir as the flavors soak into each other, adding water as needed.
6.) Scoop into a bowl. Enjoy:)
