School is in full swing,
Leaves are beginning to change colors,
And the weather is beginning to become beautiful.

Chunky Banana Apple Bread...AKA...Ban-Apple Bread:)
It's also warm and moist and delicious. And you should make it. Because I'm about to give you a recipe. And it's amazing;)
Ban-Apple Bread
makes: 3 mini loafs
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mashed very ripe banana
3/4 - 1 cup diced apple (depending on how much you enjoy apples)
3/4 cup stevia (cup-for-cup)
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup homemade oat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup natural unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Optional: raisins, craisins, nuts, cinnamon or other autumn-related spices:)
Directions:
1) Grease 3 mini loaf pans.
2) Mix all ingredients from banana to baking powder in a large bowl.
3) Add apple cider vinegar and stir in.
4) Pour batter into prepared pans and set oven to 375 degrees to preheat. (Allow batter to rest for about 5 minutes while oven heats). Bake for 25-30 minutes.
5) Allow bread to cool/set. Enjoy!
