And the weather is beginning to become beautiful.

Do you know what else is beautiful?

It's also warm and moist and delicious. And you should make it. Because I'm about to give you a recipe. And it's amazing;)

Ban-Apple Bread
makes: 3 mini loafs
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mashed very ripe banana
3/4 - 1 cup diced apple (depending on how much you enjoy apples)
3/4 cup stevia (cup-for-cup)
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup homemade oat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup natural unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Optional: raisins, craisins, nuts, cinnamon or other autumn-related spices:)

Directions:
1) Grease 3 mini loaf pans.
2) Mix all ingredients from banana to baking powder in a large bowl.
3) Add apple cider vinegar and stir in.
4)  Pour batter into prepared pans and set oven to 375 degrees to preheat. (Allow batter to rest for about 5 minutes while oven heats). Bake for 25-30 minutes.
5) Allow bread to cool/set. Enjoy!
