Poetry,1

Ciao Everyone!

Are you a fan of poetry??

Or...maybe you're even writer????

I am too:)

(Nope, not counting this blog as authorization to claim the title "author"...haha:P )

Either way, whether you write or not, or whether you read much poetry or not, I encourage you to take a peek into the marvelous world of Emily Dickinson. She very well may be the most amazing poet..

Ever.

Like in the history of EVER.

Here is one of her poems, which I love very much, and hope you will too:)

"Hope Is the Thing With Feathers"
By: Emily Dickinson

Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune--without the words,
And never stops at all,
And sweetest in the gale is heard;
And sore must be the storm
That could abash the little bird
That kept so many warm.
I've heard it in the chillest land,
And on the strangest sea;
Yet, never, in extremity,
It asked a crumb of me.

Ciao for now!
