I know what you're thinking.
"What the heck is that title about!?? She cannot actually mean that this post will contain anything related to Kale...becoming...chips!!?"
On the contrary, that is precisely what this is all about:)
And they are deliciously addicting. And surprisngly easy to make!!!
1 bunch of kale, rinsed thoroughly
optional: cayenne pepper
1) Set oven to 250 degrees. Line baking sheets with tin foil. Use olive oil to lightly grease tin foil, using a paper towel to spread it evenly.
2) Rip kale off of center stem and break apart into medium-small pieces.
3) Pour lemon juice (about 1/4 cup) into a bowl. Mix kale with lemon juice by hand, small bunches at a time, and set in an even layer on baking sheets. Repeat until you use all your kale.
4) Sprinkle with salt and/or cayenne and bake for 30-35 minutes, until delicately crispy.
Ciao for now
