Asian Peanut Sauce

Ciao everyone!!

Have you ever tried the cold sesame noodles at a chinese restaurant??

Goodness gracious alive, it is so good.

Sesame-peanutty goodness.

But I have two issues with it:

1- Florida doesn't seem to really have grasped the proper concept, making me miss NY even more.
2- It is terribly not a nutritionally happy place...

So what does that mean in the realm of Red Lady doings?

That means it is about time someone around this crazy state figured out how to make that stinkin delicious stuff, ASAP!

Oh, right.. Here it is (-------->)

Also, to serve you can have it cold or warm, it is delicious both ways.

And lastly, to serve you can use any type of noodle you want. I found these crazy tofu noodles that are AWESOME with it, besides the fact that it somehow made wakame taste delicious. Which means it's a magic sauce too. Awesome.

 Asian Sesame Peanut Sauce
serves:1
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons homemade (or just natural or creamy) peanut butter
2 tablespoons almond milk
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
ginger
garlic powder
black pepper
optional: sesame seeds
to serve: noodles of some sort, and perhaps a mix-in such as chik'n or wakame!:)

Directions:
1) Combine all not-optional ingredients in a bowl and microwave on 500-600w power (which is medium power on my microwave) for 25 seconds.
2) Mix mix mix until it comes together. Add up to one more tablespoon milk if needed.
3) Add whatever optional/serving ingredients you desire. Enjoy!

Ciao for now!
