So, this recipe is simple. Kinda makes you walk around the kitchen a bit to gather assorted ingredients, but it is insanely surprising how good it tatses!

-1 cup of them provides of 1/4 of your daily need of iron
-lots of manganese, which is awesome for energy and antioxidants
-also fullllll of folate, potassium, phosphorus, copper, and Vitamins B1 and K :)
Kidney Beans with Raisins and Hemp Seeds
recipe serves-1, with measurements for the less or more hungry
1/2 cup-1 cup kidney beans (cooked or soaked)
2 tablespoons-1/4 cup raisins
2-3 tablespoons raw hemp seeds
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Combine and enjoy:)
