As my previous post stated, I am now on a brownie-making kick:)
I don't know about you, but personally just the thought of a regular experimentation with brownie recipes doesn't honestly sound too bad at all;)
Especially when the goal is to be delicous and healthy... and then you try a recipe and it WORKS:)
Like this one!
Today's post is on the chewy brownie.
It is that variety between fluffy and fudgy, where you aren't really at the intenseness of the fudge but certainly have more denseness than something more resembling cake.
Imagine a brownie with the resemblance of that warm chocolate chip cookie recipe you love.
Now look below... There you have it!:)
If that is your brownie-style, then this recipe is for you!
2/3 cup + 2 tablespoons oat flour
1/3 cup stevia, cup for cup
1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Good pinch salt
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 glass baking dish
2) Mix dry ingredients together
3) Mix wet together
4) Mix wet into the dry
5) Bake for 15 minutes, which should be about when edges begin to pull away from side of pan
6) Cut into 16 squares and let cool
Ciao for now!
P.S. Once again, this is a vegan and gluten free recipe (as you may have already deducted from recipe above:] )
