As my previous post stated, I am now on a brownie-making kick:)
I don't know about you, but personally just the thought of a regular experimentation with brownie recipes doesn't honestly sound too bad at all;)
Especially when the goal is to be delicous and healthy... and then you try a recipe and it WORKS:)

Today's post is on the chewy brownie.
It is that variety between fluffy and fudgy, where you aren't really at the intenseness of the fudge but certainly have more denseness than something more resembling cake.
Imagine a brownie with the resemblance of that warm chocolate chip cookie recipe you love.
Now look below... There you have it!:)

Chewy Brownies
makes-16
Ingredients:
2/3 cup + 2 tablespoons oat flour
1/3 cup stevia, cup for cup
1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Good pinch salt
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1) Preheat
oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 glass baking dish
2) Mix
dry ingredients together
3) Mix
wet together
4) Mix
wet into the dry
5) Bake
for 15 minutes, which should be about when edges begin to pull away from side of pan
6) Cut into 16 squares and let cool
