Fluffy Cake-like Brownies

Ciao Everyone!

Do you know what I realized??

There are soooooo many different varieties of brownies!

And here's the funny part...

There is literally a following for each variety!

So I have decided  something:

I will attempt as many as possible:) Just for fun:)

I have already posted about a denser, darker variety, labeled "Black Forest Brownies".

Today's brownie is of that very fluffy chocolatey delight many people enjoy...

The type that could resemble a piece of chocolate cake, except it is in brownie form.

If that is your style, here is the perfect recipe for you!

Why is it perfect, you ask? Because, it is fluffy, delicious, AND healthy.

What do I mean by healthy?

Well...for starters, they're gluten free, low calorie, vegan, and (by default), egg-free and dairy-free.


Fluffy Brownies
makes: 9
2/3 cup oat flour
1/3 cup stevia, cup for cup
1/3 cup unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Good pinch salt
2/3 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla

   1)     Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 6x6 glass baking dish
   2)     Mix dry ingredients together
   3)     Mix wet together in a separate bowl
   4)     Mix wet into dry until thoroughly combined
   5)     Pour into prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes (when the edges have all pulled away from the edges of the pan)
