It can be very high-speed crazy, but also very fun:)
...Like for example, when you come back to the chopping block and find something like this:

Anyway, because of all the involvement in being busy there, I have found that protein shakes are a really efficient way to make sure I don't end up lightheaded while being busy and running around:P
Here is one of those shake recipes:)
The name is because of the color (obviously), but also because of the light-as-air foamy layer that settles on the top after being blended... it's crazy! Very delicious:)
Green Goddess
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
Few drops of anise and vanilla extracts
1 cup baby spinach leaves
Water
Cushed Ice
About 1/2 tablespoon agave
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender in order listed. Blend until COMPLETELY smooth (or else you might detect the spinach...which is not fun). Enjoy:)
