So, I am continuing the journey for the search of a fudge brownie recipe...
But very much enjoying the results alonng the way!!!
Especially this one..
Oh my chocolate heavens...
This one deserves the name it's about to get.
The chocolatey-deliciousness of it is unreal.
You gotta try this. Because I care for your soul.
Be good to your sanity, heart, and well-being. Eat a brownie<3
Ultimate Brownie
makes-16 squares
2/3 cup + 1 tablespoon natural cocoa powder
1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons steviacup-for-cup
1/3 cup oat flour
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Good pinch salt
1 cup + 4 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce (I used
the 2/3 and 1/3 cup measurements for the 1 cup applesauce, because I didn’t want to
have another tool to clean :P )
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1) Preheat
oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 glass baking dish
2) Mix
dry together
3) Mix
wet together
4) Mix
wet into dry
5 ) Bake
for 20-25 minutes (when a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean)
6) Cut
into 16 squares and let cool so they can firm up a bit, at least 10 minutes.
*Store in an airtight container in the fridge... and to be honest, they taste even better once chilled overnight!!! The chocolatey flavor just goes one notch higher!
Enjoy!
Ciao for now:)
