This post contains another very quick recipe for a great power snack/light lunch that is pretty much awesome, when paired with fruit of your choice and/or veggies!! Or crackers or even on a healthy muffin or whatever else you can think of;)

Peanut Power Dip
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons natural or homemade peanut butter
about 1/2 scoop of plant based protein powder
water
optional: agave or stevia, to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, adding water until desired consistency is reached
